Lady Slipper Orchid

I believe this orchid is called lady slipper! The Belle Isle Conservatory is filled with different kind of orchids in a variety of colors and sizes also. All my photos were taken with a simple point and shoot camera, with just 7 mega pixels.

Lady Slipper Orchid

I love going to Belle Isle Island, since it brought back memories of my dad when he was still alive. Weekend was family time, and he always took us to places to spend time together. Those simple days and simple things left a wonderful memory in my mind.

I love this orchid, and the color of it, especially the pouch! Sometimes, it was full of water, and a wonderful thing to see. Belle Isle Conservatory is also known as the best place to see orchids, and has the most amazing collection of them.

Thanks for visiting, and enjoy your weekend..
