Beat The Blues, Stay Active!

We are near the end of February, meaning we are half-way done with winter. This is the time when people are experienced the so-called “cabin fever”, “stir crazy”, and feeling blues.

Do you know that when you get sluggish, the toxins in your body build-up and you are prone to feel achier, which often interpreted as depression?

  • Gardening
  • Ride a bicycle
  • Go for a swim

The National Institute of Health encourages us to put in 30 minutes a day of exercise to promote general health, or break it up into two 15 minutes sessions a day of being active.
