Establish good habits, such as eating healthy foods, drink plenty of water, or applying sun screen lotion, are just some habits that we must start to have a glowing skin.
Give up smoking! There is nothing good about smoking. Most public places are now banned smoking for health reasons.
When you smoke, you constrict the blood vessels, and block oxygen from reaching your skin. Thus, causes your skin to age.
If you can’t do it on your own, seek help!
Eat healthy foods. Incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your daily intake. They are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and are high in antioxidants to help cells from damaging pollutions.
Drink plenty of water to nourish your skin, and help your body to flush out toxins.
Alcoholic and caffeinated drinks can break the capillaries underneath the skin, which cause blotchy skin complexion.
Wear sun screen, sunglasses, and hat when you go outside. Protect yourself from the sun damaging rays of both UVA and UVB.
Apply SPF of at least 30, twice daily.
After shower, blot dry, and apply lotion to lock in moisture.
When washing your face, use mild cleanser and use circular motion. Avoid hot water since it can dehydrate your skin.
These are things that we do daily. Just change a bit of our routine into good habits; we can have beautiful and glowing skin.
