Look at that expression on Capone’s face! He answers my call with a curious expression. For short, we called him Pone and he still knows that it is his nickname. He is a pit bull mixed boxer, so I was told. It doesn’t matter too much to us, because he is a well behaved dog, sweet and very loving!
This is the busiest time for American robins. They are mating and making nests. I am a lucky landlady as a pair of robins have taken resident on top of my rain pipe. We had four eggs so far. I am careful not to bother them as much as possible. I took this picture when the mom went out for feeding.

I am blessed with another treasure! This red admiral came parked by my deck and stopped long enough for me to go inside to fetch my camera. Yes, just one shot, but I was pleased. I have seen many red admiral butterflies flying about, but I didn’t have to chance to take photos. Surprisingly, they seemed to be small in sizes, but the beauty is undeniable.
How gorgeous is this? I love gladiola in all different colors, and at my new dwelling, I planted a row of gladiolus along the back side of my condo. Their flowers last a long time, which always give me such a pleasant to see when I am outside.This lovely color, not sure what it calls, but I like it very much!
